She also runs training courses to promote good employment practice, diversity and inclusion.

Along with her other impressive achievements, Alice is the current past-President of the Birmingham Law Society... the youngest person to hold this role in the Society’s 205-year history. In addition, she is extremely passionate about social mobility and equal opportunities and is a Social Mobility Ambassador for the Law Society of England and Wales.
