Bringing together a diverse group of professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders for an enlightening networking and panel event hosted at Bank, Birmingham. Exploring the extraordinary achievements of female leaders in traditionally male-dominated industries and underscoring the significance of representation within these sectors, this event will share candid experiences to inspire both current female leaders and the next generation to pursue their aspirations.

Janie has dedicated over four decades to advancing gender equality in sports. As a football referee, she broke barriers by officiating in men's professional games and became a FIFA Women Referee Instructor, promoting skill development globally. Co-founder of Team You Consultancy, she empowers individuals through gender leadership courses. Her advocacy extends to co-founding Ref Support UK, a charity for football referees, and serving as Vice President of the International Federation for Sports Officials. Her commitment to fairness and gender equality is evident through her involvement in various social causes. Janie's journey inspires others to challenge norms and pursue their aspirations, making her a beacon of resilience and determination in promoting gender equality in sports.
Our Beyond Boundaries: Female Leadership & Representation Panel Discussion with our esteemed panel guests; Kirsty Davies-Chinnock, multi-award winning Managing Director of Professional Polishing Svs Ltd, Director of The British Stainless Steel Association and Founder and CEO of Women with Metal Ltd and Eleanor Deeley, joint Managing Director of Deeley Group with 20 years of experience in the property industry and expertise in housing, mixed-use schemes, land development and investments.
